The traditional glutinous rice dumpling is given the haute cuisine treatment as Golden Peony introduces two new creations – Singapore Chilli Crab Rice Dumpling and Black Truffle, Morel Mushroom and Chicken Meat Rice Dumpling.
Generously packed with a fine chilli crab claw meat, the Singapore Chilli Crab Rice Dumpling ($28/pc) is steeped in delicate flavours, enhanced with the richness from their homemade chilli crab sauce.
Also making its debut this year is a fusion of Black Truffle, Morel Mushroom and Chicken Meat Rice Dumpling ($12/pc) filled with generous slices of black truffle and morel mushrooms with succulent chicken drumstick meat, accompanied by homemade morel mushroom sauce infused with thyme.
