Michelin Guide Singapore 2022 – The Full Winners List

Michelin announces the selection of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2022 tonight.

This year, 41 restaurants in Singapore are awarded one star. 7 of them are new entrants in the One Michelin Star category. This includes Burnt Ends, Euphoria, Hamamoto, La Dame de Pic, Marguerite, Nae:um and Rêve. Congratulations to Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle for being the only Michelin-starred street food.

Two new restaurants are added to the Two Michelin Starred restaurant selection this year. This includes Cloudstreet by Chef-Owner Rishi Naleendra, and Thevar by Chef Mano Thevar.

This year, the Young Chef Award is given to Chef Louis Han of Nae:um. The Seoul-born chef ventured into the culinary scene since the age of 14. Nae:um, his inaugural establishment also receives its first Michelin Star this year.
