At the heart of Morganfield’s is its signature dish – Sticky Bones – a platter of authentic, good ol’ fashioned, prime pork ribs slow-cooked and smoked to tender mouth-watering perfection. The delicious ribs are then basted with housemade sauces before they are served.

Don’t miss the all-time favourite Christmas edition Cranberry and Hazelnut Sticky Bones. The Cranberry Sticky Bone ($29.90++ for Half Slab / $46.90++ for Full Slab) features a slab of tender and moist pork ribs coated in a fruity cranberry glaze. With a pleasant sweet and sour flavour, it is served with chilled coleslaw and French fries.

If you prefer something more savoury, go for the Hazelnut Sticky Bones ($29.90++ for Half Slab / $46.90++ for Full Slab). Generously coated in a savoury and nutty hazelnut and barbecue sauce glaze, the ribs boast of deliciously aromatic meat with chocolate undertones that fall off the bone easily. The plump and juicy Roast Chicken ($32.90+, Takeaway Only) is stuffed with rosemary, onions, celery, and carrots. It has a nice, tender, and moist texture even after being roasted. The chicken is served with roasted potatoes, and orders have to be made 3 days in advance.

While waiting for the ribs to arrive, we tucked into the Crispy Golden Pork ($13.90++). The pork belly is braised and then roasted to deliver layers of juicy meat paired with crispy crackling skin. You can’t get enough of these little cubes of happiness.

It is also available for takeaway at $38.90+ (1kg pre-cooked), where you can cut the large slab of fatty pork belly according to your preference. Everything just tastes better with bacon. We thought it would be weird to eat sweet bacon, but the honey glazed Candied Bacon ($9.90++) is sweet, smoky and savoury, with a crispy texture. Good for sharing among friends!

End the meal on a sweet note with the homemade Black Forest Lava Cake ($16.90++). A twist on the classic Chocolate Lava Cake, this cake holds a luscious flowing dark cherry chocolate ganache in its core!
