Our favourite is the Rice Paper Hand-rolled with Minced Chicken and Roasted Organic Brown Rice, which is a healthy choice and popular among ladies! Lemon marinated minced chicken is combined with roasted rice crumbles and greens before being hand-rolled in rice paper. Besides enjoying the crunch and different textures of this rice paper roll, Saint Ma has proven that healthy food tastes delish too!

On Thursdays during the month of July, Saint Ma will be rolling out 1-for-1 Toast to “Thirst” Day promotions on beers such as Kronenbourg 1664 Lager (half pint $15; one pint $19), Kronenbourg Blanc (half pint $16; one pint $19), Asahi Super Dry (half pint $16; one pint $19) and Asahi Premium Black (half pint $16; one pint $19).

Besides July’s promotions, we would like to recommend Saint Ma’s Laksa that’s available during lunch hours. Set lunches cost $13++. You’ll be given a bunch of healthy greens such as salted vegetables, shredded cucumbers and bean sprouts etc. You can add your desired amount of greens and soak it into your Laksa broth before savouring the dish. The idea is to promote freshness of the ingredients such that nutrients are not lost during the cooking process.

Trust us, it’s not as sweet as you think! We found it to be more on the spicier side, packing just the right punch!

Its $2 Daily Deal offers Gun Mandu, originally priced at $3 per portion which contains three fried Korean pork dumplings served with Korean yang yeom sauce. This is limited to 2 servings with every 1 main dish ordered and only available from Monday to Thursday. It’s not valid on public holidays.

Of course, side dishes have to be accompanied with mains in order to complete your meals right? We highly recommend Snow Cheese Chicken Bumbuk ($33.90) which is highly instagram-worthy. Korean deep fried boneless chicken and potato wedges, topped with mustard cream sauce, parsley, snow cheese and leek fills up half of a BBQ hotplate while the remaining half is generously filled with mozzarella cheese. The hotplate is heated up at your tables and you can feast your eyes on the melting cheese. Just dip your chicken into the melted cheese and that’s the ultimate enjoyment!

For OSG Bar+’s $2 Flash Deal, they are offering Ayam Pang Gang Grilled Chicken with Alia Signature Sambal and Achar. Originally costing $17.90, here’s your chance to grab it at a mere $2!!! We highly recommend the ayam pang gang grilled chicken, marinated and cooked to perfection using the sous-vide method. The skin itself was so flavourful and silky while the meat was tender. Their signature sambal chilli, made in-house, definitely hits all the right spots but beware, it’s really spicy!

OSG Bar+’s Green Smoothie Dessert is available for the $2 Daily Deal promotion. It comprises of avocado, coconut and dark chocolate. This dessert impressed us and it was so addictive that we just couldn’t stop indulging. It tastes a little like those traditional Peranakan kueh(s) and brings back fond memories of your childhood.

When you talk about restaurants with never-ending queues, Ichiban Boshi is one of the many which pops up into our minds! The specialty at Suntec City’s outlet is Soba (buckwheat noodle). High in protein, fibre and amino acids, soba is widely consumed for its health benefits. There is a soba room for chefs to make the noodles in-house every morning such that it’s fresh daily and cooked-to-order for a healthier option.

For the $2 Flash Deal, there is Seiro, originally priced at $9.50. This consists of chilled buckwheat noodle with dipping sauce. The water used in boiling soba (soba-yu) is often served with the soba. It contains plenty of vitamins and minerals. After slurping your last mouthful of soba, add the water into your soba dipping sauce and enjoy a savoury taste.

Need a dish to complement your soba? Tempura Moriawase ($10.90) is the perfect choice! Assorted tempura consisting of prawns and vegetables would make your meal more satisfying. Note that the Tempura is not included in the flash deal promotion.

You can’t say you’ve been to Tony Roma’s until you’ve tried both onion loaf and pork ribs! As a participating restaurant for Suntec City’s The Good Old Days’ Food Trail, Tony Roma’s is offering five appetizers for the $2 Flash Deal promotion.

$2 FLASH DEAL
Share a plate of signature appetizer from Tony Roma’s. Select one out of five choices, including Onion Loaf, Crispy Chicken Tenderloin, Mozzarella Sticks and Boneless Bites tossed in either Spicy BBQ sauce or Carolina Honeys sauce.
The Onion Loaf will be offered for $2 for half loaf (U.P. $10.90). These picture-perfect giant hand-cut onions are breaded, deep-fried and served with BBQ sauce. Crispy Chicken Tenderloins (original price $10.90) consisting of tender chicken fried to a golden brown and served with honey mustard dipping sauce is our favourite! Comparing the honey mustard dipping sauce with the rest of Tony Roma’s sauces, we simply fell for this.

Adults will love the Boneless Bites (original price $10.90) consisting of tender breaded chicken, fried and tossed in Spicy BBQ sauce while their kids will go crazy over the similar Boneless Bites that comes with Carolina Honeys sauce. The final appetizer not only appeals to kids, it’s also a crowd-pleaser. Let’s put our hands together to welcome Mozzarella Sticks (original price $10.90)! We’re pretty sure everyone’s familiar with their Fish Head Curry. On one hand, the chefs try to bring out traditional flavours while on the other hand, they try to come up with contemporary Indian cuisines to move with the times and ever-changing tastebuds of diners.

Chicken Chettinadu (original price $10) and the Black Pepper Squid (original price $10) are two dishes that will be rolled out for the $2 Flash Deal. The former consists of boneless chicken in a spicy gravy made from ginger and garlic. It’s best to prepare a glass of water before tucking into this dish.

The latter consists of squid rings tossed with onions and fresh ground pepper, which goes really well when eaten with white rice.
