Their Premium Pho ($38) that features a deep and luxurious broth that’s been simmered for 48 hours with hormone and antibiotic-free marrow bones is a must-try.

Semolina (#B1-121)

Semolina offers a unique and modern take on premium South Asian dishes by injecting innovative twists into traditional flavours. Yantra pays homage to India’s rich culinary legacy with an extensive menu featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that are created by culinary historian, Pritha Sen, and Executive Chef, Pinaki Ray. Crafted with niche ingredients sourced from across the Subcontinent and Southeast Asia, the plethora of dishes promises to take you on a poetic and adventurous gastronomic journey. We highly recommend the Murgh Ke Malai Tikka ($30), Royalla Vepudu ($32) and Sutta Gosht ($48).

Cedele Bakery (#B1-130)

Cedele Bakery has led the movement of clean eating with thoughtfully designed nutrient-dense food prepared with natural ingredients. Their breads and cakes are always flying off the shelves. If you’re here for lunch, try their Signature Rosemary Chicken Sandwich ($9.90), Chicken Basil Pesto Thins ($10.50), or Smoked Salmon Sourdough Bagel ($13) which are all healthy, filling, and savoury options.

Kei Kaisendon (#B1-119)

Kei Kaisendon specialises in authentic, affordable, and delicious Japanese Kaisendon as well as various types of cooked donburi. You can’t go wrong with their Signature Kei Kaisendon (Regular $18.90) which comes with a variety of sashimi including salmon, tuna, mekajiki, tako, and more. The Hotate Kaisendon ($22.90) and Chirashi Kaisendon ($28.90) are popular options as well. Head over to enjoy a fresh bowl of Kaisendon or donburi that is served with complimentary salad and soup!

Konjiki Hototogisu Ramen (#01-111)

Helmed by Chef Yamamoto, who held a Michelin star for five consecutive years (2019-2023), Konjiki Hototogisu Ramen’s signature ramen is served with Iberico Cha Shu that is available only at Tanglin Mall outlet. Be sure not to miss the Signature Shio Hamaguri Ramen ($20), which combines Hamaguri clams, pork bone, Japanese broth, house-made porcini duxelles, and white truffle oil. Feeling adventurous? Try their Signature Shoyu Hamaguri Ramen ($20), adorned with house-made Tartufata (black truffle paste), porcini oil, and porcini flakes.

Little Farms (#02-136)

A household name to many, Little Farms specialises in the highest quality and freshest all-natural and organic produce, welfare meats, seafood, and dairy that are carefully curated and procured from trusted, ethical sources.

Their signature dishes include Eggs Amatriciana ($24), Crispy Pork Jowl Tagliatelle ($27), and New Zealand Akaroa Salmon ($34). Their Pepperoni Flatbread ($22) is another fan favourite that is available at Tanglin Mall exclusively.

Poke Theory (#02-126)

Poke Theory is Singapore’s favourite poke specialty spot that offers modern poke bowls with marinated or aburi sashimi, vegetables, and grains. You can Build Your Own Poke Bowl or go for their Signature Poke Bowls. We like their O.G. Salmon ($18.50), and Spicy Garlic Trippin ($18.50) bowls the best. Vegans can also enjoy a vegan-friendly option, the Tempeh-tress ($18.50).

Yuyu Suan Cai Yu (#B1-129)

Simmered for over five hours with fresh fish bones, Yuyu Suan Cai Yu’s signature fish broth has a deep flavour that is both complex and comforting. The accompanying pickled cabbage, perfected over 1090 hours of meticulous marination, is a true masterpiece that beautifully complements the delicate taste of the fish.

Their Signature Green Pepper Suan Cai Fish was our favourite and the YuYu Original Fish was a winner in our books as well. Fans of spicy foods will love the Hot & Spicy Mala Shui Zhu Fish that’s prepared with the most traditional and authentic Mala spice. Enjoy these dishes with either Tioman fish ($12.90) or Grouper ($15.90).
