Todai International Seafood & Sushi Buffet

When Todai International first opened at Marina Bay Sands, the food lovers went crazy. Known as “The Mother Of All Seafood Buffets” in the US since 1985, Todai Singapore presents an array of delicious Cold Cuts, Sushi & Sashimi, Brazilian Churassco, Korean, Noodles, Italian Pizza & Pasta, Desserts and More!

 

 

We bought 2 Todai deal coupons for July where we can enjoy 30% off the buffet price ($45 nett per pax instead of $64).

 

We thought the oysters were available daily but we were wrong. On the day of our dinner (Wednesday), oysters were not available. How unlucky! But we enjoyed other fresh seafood such as snow crabs, prawns, mussels, clams, scallops etc.

 

If you are there for the oysters, please visit them on Tuesday, Thursday & Fri Dinner and Weekends.

 

 

There are only three types of sashimi in the buffet, swordfish, salmon and tuna. Though limited but definitely fresh.

 

 

The sushi serve is quite creative, some of the combination are unique to the restaurant.

 

Todai’s hot buffet line ranges from China, Japan, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam. Its Cray Fish Chilli is the most popular dish in the buffet line, it is only limited to 2 at a time, but as many times are you want! Accompany with crispy man tou, it is another delicious version of the local chilli crab.

 

 

There is pasta and pizza live cooking station. The pizzas were so thin that I thought I was eating biscuits.

 

 

In the Korean cuisine section, there is kimchi, Chicken and Pork Bulgogi and korean pancake. The Brazzilian Churassco serves grilled beef, pork belly, sausages, steak, chicken thigh and pineapple.

 

 

Todai’s Dessert bar offers a range of International fusion pastries such as the Italian Tiramisu and fragrant Japanese Green Tea Cheesecake.

 

Todai also has its own bar counter.

 

After a hearty buffet, take a walk down Helix Bridge and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
