Savour their newest creation of Abalone with Karasumi & Conpoy Dumpling ($28) that features a high-end mullet roe soaked in salt and Chinese wine, or go local with the healthy but equally deluxe Chinese Rice Wine Salt Baked Chicken Rice Dumpling ($16) that sees rich flavours from the salt baked chicken marinated with Chinese wine and dry ginger powder paired beautifully with aromatic glutinous rice.

Purists can take heart and enjoy the Signature Pork & Salted Egg Rice Dumpling ($16), a classically delicious combination of premium pork marinated with house-made five-spiced powder and Chinese wine, salted egg yolk, mushrooms, black beans and chestnuts.

Those who enjoy a little spice are sure to find the locally-inspired White Pepper Crab Rice Dumpling ($20), which features chunks of crab meat and black-eyed peas, a treat.
